ok heres what happend..

i started doing big 3....

but didint have enought wire to finish so i left things as is till i would get more

i put a new ground wire from bat -

and put a new wire from alt+ to bat+ directly

but didint have enought to put a - from alt

now the car worked fine after i did this...the car started and every thing i even took a drive....but now...the next day, i try to start my car but it wont....my bat is only like at 6v instead of 12? for some reason my bat got drained? wtf happend?

alt negative?

there is no alt negative. the alt is grounded via the engine. so unless you were using an alt ground->chassis instead of engine ground->chassis, that's ok.
