Basslink Problem?

My son got a Basslink for Christmas and I just got around to installing it. It's in a 99 Grand Cherokee. It has power to the sub and is moving, but not much. Its not producing any bass. No matter what the settings are...

1. So far I have checked the Radio for SW settings and turned them up all the way.

2. I have adjusted the Gain and Bass Boost on the Basslink and doesn't seem to effect anything.

Not sure what else to do now....

I ran the Power wire to the Fuse box and not the battery... This picture is not mine. Snagged it off google....but the two bolts by that black wire is where I mounted the Power wire to...

What else would cause this? Just seems like it has no power, but the red light is on Basslink.

where did you connect for the audio signal? factory sub wires?
did you connect both left and right inputs? if they are out of phase it will cancel bass.

if you turn up the crossover frequency do you get any output?
When you say audio signal you mean remote wire correct?

I believe I have the inputs in the correct spots. I even tried the 0-180 settings

Corssover freq did nothing.

Ok looking at this Picture... Does the inputs go on the right or left set?

I have them on the right side that says REAR...

factory radio or aftermarket?

- Aftermarkert

did you connect RCA's to line level or speaker wires to universal interface? this is what i mean by an audio signal - the source of music input to the amplifier.

- RCA outputs from the Radio..

where did you get a remote turn-on signal?

-From the Blue Remote wire from the Headunit.

is the Auto switch in off or auto?

-OFF, but tried both

Ok I switched the RCA's to the other side and still nothing. Checked my wiring again at the Amp. All seems correct. Going to pull the Radio back out and make sure I got the RCA's there are correct. If not Calling Infinity up...
