Basic speakers questions

I'm buying four speakers for my 2010 Toyota Yaris hatchback. My stereo is a JVC KW-X830BTS, 22 watts RMS/50 peak x 4 channels.

What maximum watts RMS for speakers is compatible with this stereo?

I want to spend around $300 for the four speakers. Component speakers are far superior to coaxial in this price range, correct? Should I install component speakers in the rear also, or would coaxial in the rear be fine?

Which brand speakers would you recommend in this price range?

Should I install constrained layer damping in the front and rear?

Cant go wrong with these for the price and drop ins on HU power alone. They do much better with 50 rms amp. But for less that $150 bucks great buy for front and rear
