there is no constant percentage

But as far as sound...its horrible...if it is built right (which is hard to do) it could have decent quality but be quite loud

rmscaraudio.com (i think thats the site) has bandpass with loaded subwoofers. they take up moderate space. very accurate and their 10" hits as hard as some 15" out there. might be costly, but you get what you paid for. a single 10" hitted 144db or something.
