Bandpass louder than ported?

i was reading over at termpro, and there saying they seen good #'s with bandpass over ported boxes. They may not sound good, but i guess they get loud

anything that isn't sealed is technically a "bandpass box"..... and you know those guys that are hitting 160's with a pair of 12's ain't using an average ported box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I saw that as well.

I have seen plans for one of those boxes,and they arent a normal bandpass box.

Just think of the gain though.. hit me up on AIM.
