why is he in the wrong for PAYING for said items and not receiving said items?

why is BAC not in the wrong for NOT making sure he sent the items that were bought to the correct person?

I haven't personally bought / sold from/to bad @ss chevy, but I only read good things... and I only see him help people, and rarely out there just to f*ck around.

So, +++ To b@c.

And I'll admit that B@c was in the wrong... but, he admitted it. He even offered to send back some money. $17 dollars isn't gunna kill pretty much anyone on here. Nor is it the "principle." BAC messed up on shipping... he shipped out over 10 things, as per quote. He was bound to make a mistake. But he admitted his bad and he was trying to make it up but OP was being a douche.
