just bumpin my music
hey everyone, its been awhile
i tried to stay away from car audio for a while but i just can't stay away, i love it too much. i was planning to sell my eclipse 8445 headunit but i can't bring myself to do it so i decided i'm going to do a small install in my 08 nissa versa.
i'm a college kid home for the summer so i don't have an unlimited amount to spend for this project... i'm thinking $600 for speakers, sub, amp, wires, and box
has anyone done an install in a versa hatchback? i have a couple ideas myself but i'd like to see some pictures if possible. i want to keep mine simple. i don't know how big the front door speakers are, but what are some good components for ~$150 (new or used)?
i'd prefer to do a single amp. i'm looking at the new kicker 650.4 but are there others out there that'll do ~100x2 for speakers and ~400x1 for a sub?
single 10" or 12"? i have room for either but any suggestions? i only need something that can handle 400 watts or so.
this is a hatchback car so i don't think i'll need a lot of power to get the desired rumble i've been so yearning for for the last year or so!
i'll definitely be giving my box building skills a test with this one. hopefully i can come up with an idea in the next few days.
any thoughts/suggestions/input let me know!!!
