back up light bulb problem

well i just replaced the back up light bulbs on my 2008 dakota. and now only one of the lights work. what could the problem be?

Maybe a fuse? Not sure what else it could be...

Did you take a test light and check to see if you have voltage at the socket. Then check to see If you have voltage at the socket connector. Did you do any tests?

I havent tested anything. And both lights worked fine before I replaced the bulbs.

Not the fuse. There is only one for both. Switch bulbs. Maybe ones bad. Rust in the socket? Bad connection. Why'd you replace them if they weren't broken?

Like I said. Do some tests. Tests I said already and check backw ith us. Crazy it could be the new bulb thats bad. Not the first time.

Well I just took it out and it turned out to be bad. Im not sure how though, when it was fine, when I put it in, in the beginning.
