It's honestly not better then everyone else's on here. After 1 year, 2 blown amps, blow midranges, hacking job, and shitty imaging, I'm redoing my system for my DD car. Here's what I have and there are more things coming in the next week or so.

I want to make this a professional install so, I'm gonna build custom tweeter pods using fiberglass and a custom sub box to fit inside my trunk.

What will I need in order to make fiberglass tweeter pods, and where would I get the materials. This would be my first time using fiberglass, so I wanted to use it on a small project first. Can anyone direct me to HOW-TO's on just tweeter pod fiberglassing? I used the search button but everything is all over the place. Where do you get the small mdf tweeter rings and what else can I do to make a decent sounding install?

Thats alot of reading. Can't really find anything on just Tweeter Pod Fiberglassing. Anyone got a link to it specifically other then the 1 I keep seeing.

make sure to get atleast one of those paper face mask to keep the fiberglass particles from getting in you lungs and nose

and if you doing it in a garage get a respirator with filters.

Yeah I forgot to add that on my list. I'm just gonna be making tweeter pods. Where can I get pre made mdf speaker rings for my tweeters at least 1" in size? Anything else I need for this project?

There is a guy on Fiberglass Forums that makes them for a pretty reasonable price. I forget who it is but look around on there.

just buy some mdf and make your own speaker rings. it'll be cheaper, you can never have enough mdf anyways

Yeah.. Do you have like a router or rotozip? You could easily make some rings, instead of paying wayyyyyyyyy to much for someone to do it for you..
