Avalanche 12 from Ascendant Audio

I was looking for a great SQ sub... as several of you have been helping me, BIG THANX guys. I called Ascendant Audio, because they were using the Adire Motor, to talked to those guys... They have a new 12 coming out using that motor with dual 2ohm voice coils that can handle 1k RMS and actually recommended a 1 cubic foot enclosure. The only thing left is some one to tell me this is a good company and they produce good/great sounding subs. By the way I can get the thing shipped for $226.

some will argue over the adire non sense but i love my atlas. not only that but when i bought it (3 days after it was released) 3-4 months later they had a price drop and they actually refunded me the difference. chad is about as honest a person as i have seen in the bizz. some people like him others dont but i dont know anyone in bizz that is liked by everyone.

I've heard nothing but good things about all of Ascendants products. I'd love to get my hands on a 12" Avalanche for my next setup. im pretty sure the 15s are sold out. they said they would be good for about a week and half, that was two weeks ago.

No, sorry... but the phones were going crazy, Chad helped me and his father along with others were busy on the phone taking orders. This is a new sub for them that is not out yet and mine will not ship for a couple of weeks as they are waiting on the dust caps to come in.

correct... The old subs could not handle the power I am going to run to it. So Chad pointed me to the new ones... and he is giving a price break as you will have to wait a week or two before shipment
