AUX input for Ipod

Just purchased a new deck with an auxillary jack in the front. What kind of cable do i need for my Ipod? Is it just from headphone jack on the ipod to the deck or does it go from that wide flat plug on the ipod to the aux jack on the deck?

3.5mm cable. Can buy em anywhere.

If it's Ipod compatible it would be the flat plug from the Ipod to a USB plug or similar if it's just an aux input you need a 1/8" cable to go from the headphone jack of the Ipod to the deck.

just get the double sided jack thats 3.5 mm you can get them cheap anywere
