Audiopipe 3000 Questions

I have been reading about the Audiopipe 3000 amps and I still have a few questions. These are rated at 3000 rms @ 2 ohm, 1500 x 2 @ 1 ohm correct? Can these run a .5 ohm? I heard the silver ones (07 model) are rated differently than the black ones (08 model). how do these sound? I know they are spl amps but can these sound decent?

Theres no way in hell it will run .5 ohm, its hard/impossible to get it to run 1 ohm. I and others have had no luck trying them at 1 ohm, but others haven't had a problem with great electrical. Guess it depends on if youre amp is a brute or not lol. Im pretty sure they do rated 3k @ 2 ohm though...dunno if thats clean reliable 3k.

i have a 15001d and can run it at .5 ohms...... so in theory.... you could run it at .5 ohmx2 but again must have great electrical

they run 1ohm no problem as long as you have good electrial. i have burped even lower...
