when i did take supplements it was just the GNC stuff. whey protein and creatine (all sorts of their mixtures)

i always had a hard time keeping on mass, and never really got into the 5 meals a day, but when i started lifting (high school) i put on close to 50lbs in two years (without a change in body fat or height).

since then i've put on a bit more, but mostly non-muscle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

back when I was really into training, supps didn't really do it, Except for C,E and a multi . Went from 127lbs to 250lbs. with FOOD! Typical day consisted of:
7am - 12 egg whites

bowl of oatmeal

grapefruit

9am - chicken breast - Mrs Dash

baked potato - plain

Noon - chicken breast - mrs dash

1/2 lb. of noodles - plain

banana

3pm - chicken breast or fish

potato

salad plain

6pm - 2 Chicken breast,fish or 1 lb Steak

Salad

Rice or potato or noodles(plain)

9pm - chicken breast

rice

banana

As for training, you are way over doing it. Max time should be 45 minutes. The Pros can only train 2 hours, because of the HGH,Test,Anadrol,Dbol,etc. Just train 1 bodypart a day. Just my 2 cents. But, it worked. Take it for what you will. I used to be a MOD over at Extreme-Athlete.com and traded lots of info with some really knowledgable people.

I remember talking to Bill Pearl and him telling me that shakes are a waste of time and money, you just piss them out and your body only holds onto, Maybe 5-10%. He even had a supplement company. Just giving my 2 cents. I have not really trained hard for years, but still have some size from the training. Although I am a all soft now. lol

**** pitbull 240 in eight grade lol, and yeah my strong point is speed, schools still kinda small it opened it's doors last year for the first time ever, this is my first year attending this school we went 6-3 this year opposed to our 1-9 last year lol (the year i dind't play) ill get bigger come spring hehehe

No-xplode, Nitrix, Boost Protein Shakes/Drinks. Is my Normal Rutine that I've been on for about 4 months now, my Bench/squat/Clean Max's increased Dramaticly.

I sugest Stay away from any form of Steroids/Createin. Heard nothing but Badd stuff about it. Make shure, after you're work outs, you're putting back in you... what you lost. Salt/H20/Vitamens etc...

I take 2 Vitamens in the morning, before school. After i go to baseball (5th period) 11:45ish. I Drink a Protein shake, and eat lunch. Then when School is out (2:47) i go run 1-2miles, and workout Monday/Wensday/Friday.

Ive gained about 30lbs in 4months, just doing what i do. Nothing fancy, i've lost alot of fat, and gained alot of muscle.

Went from 185lb to 205lbs (4months)

Bench was 215lbs, now its 245lbs

Squat was 355lbs now its 365lbs

Nothing Jurastic has tooken place, but ive gained a Few seconds on my mile time, and 40yrd dash. (4.68) (4.56)

im a 6'0 Junior, I play baseball... Which doesnt call for alot of Muscle... But im one of the bigger guys on the Varsity.

 
on creatine i jumped from 205 benchin to 240 in 3 weeks.. it was crazy ,,, but for this guy he has fat in his member name so he just needs to run and find a good fat burner... if his gym has a sauna that would be awesome i wish i had 1

sauna really isnt good for you its just water weight. Running/cardio and lots of reps on bench and other weights will lower weight.

ya i know thats y i said i wish i had a sauna lol i drink alot of water.... yea like u said though lots of reps with low weight then when u want to gain reps with big weight but hes a while from that part

I do need to start focusing more on specific muscle groups. My workout schedule that I got from the gym does say to do that, its just I have so much more energy that I feel I need to workout everything. Since I don't know to much, I figure if I workout everything and eat alot I will gain more weight because more things will recover,etc.

I need to learn more excersizes so I can start doing more upper-body stuff. I have a training sesh tommorow that I intend on asking my trainer what are some of the things on the sheet he gave me, because I do not know what some of these excersizes are.

See, I'm a college student that lives away from campus and there is shitty food all around me.

each something if I can,

sometimes i have work until 9 or 1130, and have to workout then.

Basically what I am saying is that I really have zero time to make my meals, and buying food is expensive for a college kid.

Any suggestions on how to eat healthier with a busy schedule? I mean I leave my home on average around 9am and get home, on average between 9-12pm at night, so I am literally gone the entire day...which I kinda like, because I feel like I am accomplishing things, but at the same time I can't eat healthy.

I usually eat like 2x a day (dinner and lunch), and drink a whey protein shake hour to half hour before i work out.

I actually use a Crossbow by Weider (knockoff BowFlex) really just for muscle definition. I'm only like 5'10 and i'd look stupid all c*ck-diesel.

 
i bought a bowflex for about $1800 by time done payin with payments and used it maybe 10 times...theres not enough weight to really get a good work out, for me anyway.... i sold it and lost a as*load paid $1800 and sold it for $500

Dont drink the protein shake before your work outs. Stick with just the No-Xplode. Then within 20mins of ending your work out drink the protein shake. Make sure its around 40 grams of protein. If you consume more than 50 its just a waste since your body wont be able to process it. As far as eating healthier, ive seen a good amount of results on cutting back on the small things. For example, no mayo, no liquids containing corn startch etc....Also, at what places do you eat out at? You can eat healthy anywhere, just have to know how to order..

 
For football i have just used whey protein and creatine in my earlier years...the key to creatine is staying hydrated though...as for NO explode i havnt used it but i do know of some others that have used it aind gained pretty good results with it

Gotcha. I think I'll move my shakes then to 1 for breakfast, 1 after workout, and 1 before sleep.

Then that leaves me with 2-3 other meals that I can kinda-sorta eat healthy.

There is a quiznos near where I work (I work at starbucks) and a McDonalds...thats about it... Theres a Safeway too, if that makes any difference.
