Attn: Lifters/gym enthusiasts/ Lemans

now that rugby seasons back i gotta drop weight. last nov. i weighed 230 and this may i weighed 165 thanks to the cocaine diet. im back up to 180's with a gut.

legally i have friends with really good gains from methyl 1 alpha plus formadrol

illegally dbol is great - but $300 for a 10 week set is out of my range.

early morning cardio, plus ephedra caffeine stack plus HEAVY lifting (low reps) will make you shed pounds and bulk up

of course high reps = tone low heavy = bulk

http://www.fitday.com to track your calories. it is really helpful

i bench the same, i rep 165 max used to be around 200 but i lost some after my gym closed for remodleing and i just got lazy, i not a really "BIG" kid though, i play free safety and this is my junior year if that gives you any idea of my physique, more cut i would say. But i was on glutamine for a while when my friend gave me about half his powder, i really liked it, recovery was helped too. oh yeah i weigh about 155-57 give or take

when i started lifting, my max bench was like 135. started creatine and within a year was at 245...how much of that was caused by the creatine i don't know, being as i'd never worked out before, and i started taking creatine not long after i started lifting

i recently started taking BSN's Cellmass, and its putting it back on me quick, but the gym i lift at sucks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

im 6'1 and 205... last year weighed 260 and had a big as* gut lol....8th grade i maxed benchin at 240 then stopped liftin for a good while got back in last yr and found out i dropped from 240 to 180 lol!!! Then got up to 275 max bench before i had to quit... start again next month .. cant wait //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Seem kinda small for a free safety, must have a small school. You must be fast though. I used to play running back when I was in highschool. Being short heavy and fast is definately an advantage for a running back.

150 sounds small for anything lol.. never know though look at steve smith... i played all 3 linebacker postions ,center, and right tackle in high school,, i got moved around alot and got to make a lot of good plays

Ah gotcha. So I should use that as my kind-of creatine "when to stop taking it" reminder, and then wait for the allotted time, and start again? What do you take in the meantime?
For example- what did you do when you cycled off of it?

Thank you for the help btw
Yeah I mean it should even say on the bottle in the fine print somewhere only use for a 12 week period and should say that on nitrix too. Of course I wouldn't wait till the 12 week period(my preference you can if you want but I just did it for a month). As for what I replaced it with, I honestly just didn't take anything.....you can however replace it with this shake I found in a mens health magazine that will do the trick.

6 ounces of skim milk

1 banana

1 cup of blueberries, strawberries, and/or raspberries

1 1-inch square cube of tofu

2 to 3 tablespoons of yogurt any flavor

mmmmm

then after a month just go back to taking no-xplode. If you need anymore shake ideas I've got a few..PM me for details.

back when I was really into training, supps didn't really do it, Except for C,E and a multi . Went from 127lbs to 250lbs. with FOOD! Typical day consisted of:

7am - 12 egg whites

bowl of oatmeal

grapefruit

9am - chicken breast - Mrs Dash

baked potato - plain

Noon - chicken breast - mrs dash

1/2 lb. of noodles - plain

banana

3pm - chicken breast or fish

potato

salad plain

6pm - 2 Chicken breast,fish or 1 lb Steak

Salad

Rice or potato or noodles(plain)

9pm - chicken breast

rice

banana

As for training, you are way over doing it. Max time should be 45 minutes. The Pros can only train 2 hours, because of the HGH,Test,Anadrol,Dbol, etc. Just train 1 bodypart a day. Just my 2 cents. But, it worked. Take it for what you will. I used to be a MOD over at Extreme-Athlete.com and traded lots of info with some really knowledgable people.

I remember talking to Bill Pearl and him telling me that shakes are a waste of time and money, you just piss them out and your body only holds onto, Maybe 5-10%. He even had a supplement company. Just giving my 2 cents. I have not really trained hard for years, but still have some size from the training. Although I am a all soft now. lol
