you have to get a program to convert it to the right format, then drag it to itunes like you normally would.

You first need a video file. This can be done by downloading them through programs like limiewire or if you have your own DVD it can be converted using.

To convert your video files to the correct file and format use...

It is pretty simple to use just use these settings MPEg4 /320x240/786kbps stereo/ 128kbps and then hit transcode new video and there you have it.

From there all you do is add the movie as you would a song.

If you want to transfer Songs from your iPod onto "your" PC use EphPod
