looks good, jsu tmake sure you leave anough slack oto wear the tinsels leads wont rip out, its happened....

Its easy for that to happen since they literally come off of the coil.

does the slap only occur when being pushed to the limits? im thinking of getting some and they'll be ran off my H/U(kenwood exceleon 889). also might be a dumb question, but is a midwoofer the same as a coaxil speaker? these will replace my stock front speakers, will they work?

yeah you need to push them pretty hard to get it to slap.

mid-woofer is a coaxial without a tweeter mounted on it.

these wouldnt run very well off hu power. and you would need some crossovers/ and tweeters.

i would say an amp with atleast 50 watts per channel to run them.

so i would say, no. they wont work like you want them to.

but you could pick up an amp and some tweeters with crossovers to go with the mids and then it would work for you.
