Attention All You Box Designers!!!

hey

i am wanting to get 3 10" kicker comp vr's and i have no idea what kind of box i need for them to sound good. (sealed or ported)

If you design boxes simply just leave a post so i can see who all hear designs boxes so in case i need plans for a box all i have to do is PM u or whatever.

I designed and built a box for three 10" kicker comp VR's sealed. IT FLIPPIN ROCKED! ! ! Extreamly simple design very rigid and solid. Smooth look. It was powered by a digital audio 1200 watt amp wired series parallel.

I don't recall the dimensions, but I think it was close to 13H x 40W x 19D each had their own chamber. That box is bad ***. I love the sound of three tens.

i got 3 jl 10w3v2s sealed, and love them. i will never go ported again. well maybe not never.

my friend has one 10" in a bnadpass box. it sounds aight but from reading these other posts I would say go with the sealed enclosure
