Might try turning down SLA if your HU has that or try lowering sub level. Many amps don't like/want as much input voltage when wired down below 1ohm.

I run my AQ's at .5 daily and that black Crown Vic at the Alsip show runs his Nendo 5500's at .33 daily.

Have you checked voltage at the amp?
