Ascendant Audio Ava, 04 Dodge Stratus R/T Coupe Build...56k beware

I have never seen a build like this before, this is very interesting. Very good job. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/popcorn.gif.32dd9e22fd77e77bc3c907062768fcd2.gif

Before threre was a gap, inwhich was going to be very hard to seal against the baffle because of the 2x4 in the way, so I found a scrap piece of 2x4 forced it in place, and mixed up some duraglass and fiberglass for some added strength. That should help me get the baffle on and make it much much easier to seal up the box.

Bah I think it was like uhh....~10 cubes tuned to 27 hertz, the sub has an rms of 850 or something along those lines and I have a 1k watt amp.
As for the time to finish, hopefully within the next two weeks I maybe able to put the sub in and test it out.
holy crap, this gonna be a low-end monster huh?

after seeing all those pics, it makes me wanna put my 18havoc in a fiberglass trunk with port on rear deck! i have to ask, how much did you pay for all resin/fiberglass and everything to cover the whole trunk? (if you dont mind, that is..)

Well I went ahead a bought a few more gallons of resin, should get it monday since I didn't get it today, mainly because I'm going to glass the shat out of the baffle...that shouldn't be hard because I can cut my glass to fit precisely and it is going to be nice and flat...I'll do as many layers as I can, up untill It gets too close the the trunk lid arms. Should be strong as heck~

I hope the baffle doesn't flex, I can add up to 1/2"-3/4" thick of glass, which I may end up doing so...this baby is going to be solid.

Yeah I could make it ribbed or something along those lines, but I don't have much room to work with, I got a ton of cloth/matt enough layers, and the supports underneath should be enough...but yeah I have around 1/2-3/4" or clearance from the trunk lid arms, and I really don't feel like messing with those/altering them.

I forgot, but yeah fg is stronger when curved vs's a flat surface, I guess I'll just have to experiment.
