Looks like you can do some really nice work.

Why are your components located at the rear of the door panels? How do they sound back there?

It was an old setup, it sounded okay, got fairly loud, but the stage didn't center well. I plan on upgrading to some rainbows, and putting them in the doors. The doors are my next project, dunno what exactly I'm going to do with them though.

Oh and there is two component sets in the doors, 1 set in the stock sails and in the door, and then the other set farther back, the ones you seen.

Got my Rainbows and installed them too, did a little deadending but does not seem like it was enough.

These speakers are nice, but not the loudest out there, I guess I'll have to fork up enough to get another set and another amp later on so I can have the ear bleeding power I've yearned for.

They sound good.

Huh it's still there, the trunk is the box...the 18 is not in yet because the baffle is not done.

As for the wiring, the fuse holder was too big and I didn't really have any place to put it. It's easiest to reach there, much easier to put in a new fuse if needed, and stripping/cutting 0 gauge is a *****.

How do the rainbows sound? Midbass, tweeter?

Hmm...how can I describe it...

The tweeters are not too bright or too loud, (not loud enough for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif) They reproduce the sound crystal clear, I'm satisfied for the most part besides wanting to make my ears bleed. They seem to be more SQ orientated.

The woofers are tight, not too punchy, they feel like the drum is right there, They can shake up my doors quite a bit. They're little monsters.

The overall sound is full and vibrant, but I'd like to do more testing and tweaking...right now I have the components crossed over at 63 hertz with a 24db slope.

If you're going for SQ, these are good speakers, and they can get a little loud and still sound good, but you want insanely loud music, you'd have to get another set or go with a different speaker...I'm considering another set sometime in the future.
