Are these guys ripping me off?

well, brakes are done here for $100 with pads, and rotors are vehicle dependant. I had a shop tell me $50 per rotor once and yet I get them for $15 @ advanced so I change my own. Also good shops will offer to turn your rotors if they arent too messed up and only charge $5 for that.
