Aq2200 no power to sub

Looking for help regarding why I am not getting power to my sub. The aq2200 is brand new. Everything is connected properly. I am getting 12.2 volts into the amp. Power light is green. But I'm not getting anything to the sub. Any help on this would be great.

DO u have rcas plugged into amp? (i did that once) speakers wires plugged into correct outputs? does hu have sub volume and is rca plugged into sub output or to rear out put if so check sub volume or fader

RCA plugged in. The outputs are hooked up correctly. Went through alot of the hu setting with no change.
