AQ HD10 Build, Tuning, CU and thoughts on whole system?

I was curious what you guys thought about this. I need some suggestions on the tuning of this for a daily driver.

1 AQ HD10 (DD9510 clone)

95 wrangler.

Down firing box in back.

1 4" Aero port.

Sundown SAZ-1500D V.3

Sundown SAX-125.4

136a Alt.

Big 3.

Yellow top up front.

-What should I tune this too for Daily playing 95% electronic music, 5% rap? I have heard anything from 36 to 42 for the DD9510

-Max CuFt is 2.5 before Disp. How big should I go?

-With both those amps running on a 136a Alt, How big of a difference would it make if I Put another battery in back? The only way this is possible is if I cut the box size down to like 1.5 cubes after Disp.

What do you guys think? With the space I have in the wrangler (not much!!) this is about as big as I can go. Should be a nice daily driver for my 80 mile a day round trip, 6 days a week daily driver.
