actually that was his first sub but its beat coil is fine but it has bad tinsels now and the suspension is shot. basicly needs a recone.

Either way, send it off to corey and have him build you a beast out of it. He could do wonders with both.

well ive came to a decision... im going to sell my SS dtr1.3400 and pick up a strong batt and 2 apsm-1500 strap them to 1 ohm(.5ohm each) should be interesting

I wouldn't, that dtr is beast.

i had three running at 1ohm 1 each to 3 15s and my t2000 at 1.3 ohms was louder but the aspm are good for the price but dont cross any wires those amps blow easy

Mine is still going strong, little guy is doing a lot better than I thought it would! I haven't had any problems with the apsm-1500 not doing great on the lower end. Then again, I haven't owned many amps to compare to. I know it's way louder than my Hifonics Brutus 1200.

ok, but that does not really control the gains of the amps, its the pac LC-1 i think your using, that limits the input audio going to your amps, meaning your amp is still putting out the same amount of power even though you have the bass knob turned all the way down.

I was just wondering if there are any other options unless I strap them.
