Approx RMS

I beg to differ the draw of an amp does apply to what kinda power you will see from an amp.... So since u seem to be intune with the whole audio world what is the true rms of this amp?? Thats right u dnt know just like no one else does.
I didn't say I knew what the output of this amp is, but I do know electrical theory. RMS output is a continuous output, and if you CONTINUOUSLY try to draw more current than your fuses are rated for you will blow them. Do I need to draw you a diagram?

You also totally ignoring how an amplifier works when being used to amplify music. It could very well clamp over fuse ratings, The amp will not be delivering that much power all the time, probably close to 1/100th of the time in short dynamic burst in the music selection. That is different then peak power as the music is what is limiting the output. The fuses will take way more then rated for short periods of time. This is how competitors get so much power in fused classes.

Nope, I wasn't paying $900 for this amp. This amp cost me somewhere around ~$370 (if I recall correctly).

Not wanting to start debate, but the little brother of this amp (spec: Model : LM Audio - LM 2200.1D (Class D) ▪ 1 Channel Class D POwer Amplifier ▪ 1 x 2000 Watt (1 Ohm) ▪ 1 x 500 Watt RMS (4 ohm) ▪ 1 x 1000 Watt RMS (2 ohm) ▪ 0.30% THD at 1 Watt, 4 Ohm ▪ 20Hz - 250Hz Frequency Response ▪ 0 + 18dB Bass Boost ▪ Power Output in 4 Ohm : 1 x 400W ▪ Power OUtput in 2 Ohm : 1 x 800W ▪ Low Pass Filter : 50 - 150Hz ▪ Sub Sonic Filter : 15Hz - 40Hz ▪ Phase Shelf Control Continous : 0 - 180 ▪ Remote Sub Control : Yes ▪ S/N Ratio : >100dB ▪ THD :

I know MMATS 1400.1 put out more than 1400 Watts RMS @ 1 ohm, then if the 2200.1 beat MMATS 1400.1, then this 3200.1 must have more power. FYI, the 2200.1 use 30A x 4 fuse.

You know that the rating of 14.4 volts is basically not real world?

Unless you are running some serious electrical 13 volts is much more realistic

What is the point of this whole thread, it seems that you already have your answer in your mind and do not want to hear ours.

Was this basically a Show-Off thread.

I guess it worked, that is a nice amp - I like it

You happy now?

Id say around 2k rms.....2300-2500 max. fuse rating will do 2300.....whether the amp will put that out who knows. Id say short bursts of around 2500w without popping the fuses, again if the amp is capable.
