Anyone use Creatine???

Wow, I didn't expect this thread to go so long. I just wanted a few suggestions and some questions answered lol. But I'm glad it did, there were some good things brought up and mentioned. I also liked the sites you guys have shown me for ordering some of the things as well, but I am in Canada, so if you want to suggest sites, do you all know any that ship to Canada? Most sites selling supplements do not want to ship out of USA.

Also, to people saying that creatine is a waste of money and shows NO results; I think you may be wrong. I've tried it before and saw slight results but this was years ago. I also know now, that since starting up on creatine now, I cut the only other supplement that I was on out of my diet which was protein whey. I have now used this creatine for 8 days and I feel (which yes I know isn't much proof) like I am bigger (muscle wise - could be all water filling up my body/bloatedness) and that it has worked in some way. The only thing close to prove anything (for actual factual proof from my own body) is that I step on the scale once every week and I gained 3 pounds from starting taking this until now. It may not be 3 good lbs, not muscle or anything, I don't know.. but it's doing something to my body so it's showing a result in my opinion.

and to let everyone know, The bloated feelings have gone. I think it was actually from a lack of water or something and it felt like the water I did get was just filling up in my gut and weighing me down. Someone also said the diahrea I had one time when starting this could be from a lack of water, so that is the conclusion I have come to. I'm going to cut down what I take a little and see how it goes.

Keep the suggestions coming, especially with what sites ship products to Canada and won't **** me on charges.

Right about what? My experience with creatine? Keep making yourself look stupid, you do quite a good job of that. You obviously don't know what it means to have an opinion. Shall I define it for you? You're so worthless, your parents must be ashamed of the fuck up you're growing up to be. Maybe once you hit puberty things will change. Somehow, I doubt that. Keep being the loser kid you are, it will get you a long way in life //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

i say fat ryan is right im not choosing side but creatine can be helpful if used right . if it gains u more in training either way u still have to work hard to be the best so its not realy cheating.id rather be natural but i do know people who spend tons of money on carbs, proteins, creatines vitamin, i do it the cheaper way protein when i train and multivitamins and eatright its more natural but i still get my over use of supplements so i think fatryan is right sorry to the other guy just cause u had bad expos with creatine doesnt mean every one else will . maybe ur just weaker . i tried the stuff loved it alot but i still rather do it 50/50 on supps and hard work . supplements areA ARE UR FRIENDS REMEMEBER THAT.
some are your friends. than theres the evil "supplements" that shady companies like IDS market as "natural" when in fact they have a steroid in them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif i dont know how those guys didnt get sued for millions.

how is he right when in my original post i said i wouldnt recommend it because of the issues I had with it? How am I wrong in the first place? I gave an opinion, which was was don't take it because of my experience, which is possible that the OP (or anyone) MAY, not will but MAY experience. It's like a caution or warning label.
I don't understand why people can't comprehend I'm not saying creatine will mess you up, I'm stating that you should be aware of side affects, how is that wrong?
I advise against using Creatine. I used it before and highly regret it. Not only did I break out on my shoulders and chest and need to get special pills to make that go away, but it messed with my kidneys. They had a higher creatine content in them and kidney's are not something to be messed with. I'd recommend sticking to eating properly, several small meals throughout the day, doing cardio, and working out without the additives and whatnot. Although GNC sells all that stuff, doctor's don't recommend using them at all.
yeah you "advise" against it but then you go to say all this awful shit it did to you with 0 evidence to support your claim. you made derogitory remarks toward my precious creatine and i will not stand for it. take it back or ill sue for pain & suffering and defamation of character!!!

Y'all need to study up on the Krebs Cycle to understand what creatine is used for and if supplementation, beyond what's supplied in the diet, is necessary. It's an enzyme/catalyst in the synthesis of ATP - the molecule that's made in the mitocondria of the cell.
word sun, but these folks dont speak dat language. you gotsta speak like a gangsta for dem to undastand

Maybe you are the one who has a problem comprehending what you read, pls read again...
Can - being the key word here...

NO SHIT, here is what I wrote "especially knowing you were adding ADDITIONAL CREATINE TO YOUR SYSTEM, THAT WILL CAUSE AN INFLUX OF CREATININE WHICH CAUSES A "FALSE POSITIVE."

again, what were your levels? slightly elevated levels ARE NORMAL WHEN YOU ARE TAKING IN ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTATION!!!! SO NO SHIT IT WENT DOWN WHEN YOU STOPPED, THUS DID NOT CAUSE DAMAGE, THUS PROVING IF CYCLED ON/OFF AND ALLOWING FOR NORMAL FUNCTIONALITY TO OCCUR LONG TERM EFFECTS CAN BE ELIMINATED
i have slightly elevated ocular pressure. so does dat me i have glaucoma and get free pot!?!?!?! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

well good to hear the bloating is down. yeah there are a select few people who dont respond to creatine but that majority of people who "dont respond" are just morons who dont know how to eat and train. creatine isnt steroids. its not some magic suppliment to add on tons of strength. it does very VERY little in adding strength in comparison to overall strength, but it DOES add strength and thats been proven. also, the weight/size issue when going onto or coming off creatine dont mean shit. of course you put on 3,4,10lbs and look jacked. its a side affect of creatine. but the whole reason to take it is to get added strength not fake bloated size. GL finding a supp site, i heard the border has been pretty strict with BB supps recently. you can try:

supplementwarehouse.com

bulknutrition.com

those are 2 good ones, but i dunno if theyll ship to canadia or not.

maybe google "supplements canada" or something

ON micro creatine. unflavored and doesn't taste nasty surprisingly
used to take CEE by primaforce but wanted to try something else
ON FTMFW!!! i lubs my ON whey, its so yummy! i got the gingerbread cookie and eggnog now. theyre both awesome but they need more flavor. i add ground ginger + cinnamon to the GB cookie whey and ground nutmeg to the eggnog whey. makes it much better. all flavors are good but banana cream is by FAR the best flavor they make.

ON whey is my favorite. other than basic choc, ive tried the mint choc, cookies and cream (yuck), and vanilla (gets tiring after few days). ill give banana a try

No, someone just doesn't get it...STILL.

Sue my *** then ***, although that is the lamest sarcasm I've heard as of far. And yes I advised something from experience and what kind of evidence do I need to show you? Documents from 7 years ago? C'mon, be real. You know I proved you wrong stating that you can't say my opinion is not valid and doesn't apply, but you want to have the last word to not look stupid, again, not working. If you don't want to take my word for it, like I said, don't...I don't need to lie about things, especially something like this. I wouldn't have even taken my time posting anything if it wasn't true //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif So why would it make sense for me to say something with 0 evidence when my evidence is 100% experience?

cause you think youre an e-thug? were you born yesterday? do you understand the concept of sarcasm or jokes in general? i cant believe youre actually taking my latest posts seriously //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif 7 years or 20 years, proof is proof. and YOU cant post any so you fail. peace.

true true. but not every one is going to have negative side effects thos he might have liver failure or might not. everyone is different but i think if used the right way ,side effects risk is low
