For those who work out and supplement with creatine, what creatine brands do you use?

I actually took creatine out of my workout years ago, but recently began working out serious again and wanted to pick up creatine. The kind I was using isn't being sold anymore and I can't find it online (I don't really remember the name because it was from years ago; just remember what the package looked like), so I picked up GNC's brand of Micronized Creatine Monohydrate... This has been causing me to be bloated for almost the whole day, everyday.. I am only on my 4th day. Should I get off of this or am I doing something wrong? I take 2 servings of 5g per day. 1 serving in the morning, 1 before my workout.

Think this bloated feeling will go away? And do you think the bloated feeling is caused by the creatine? or what other brands should I try? Any help would be appreciated.

i would only use it if ur going to workout alot and if your failry small otherwise you should use whey protien
I actually use whey protein and have been using it for years. With every supplement, I take time off and try new things to see how my body will react. I just stopped using protein whey 2 weeks ago and will be back on soon as it helped me a lot. I have always worked out but the intensity has always changed, I feel like going for some high intensity workouts from now until the good beach days tho.

i use cell tech u can get it at gnc but you have to watch because it will dehydrate u really bad after a while so u need to take it for about 3 weeks-month and take a couple weeks off and just do your workout without it took me from benchin 265 to about 350 squat about 650,stuff is expensive but works great, and remember if u dont work out all the creatine turns into fat lol

creatine leads to liver problems so i'd stay away from that and go with a different supplement IMO
wow, I never heard that before... and I drink a lot which leads to liver problems.. uhhh.. I'm gonna look into that one lol. but thanks and thanks to everyone who offered some advice here...

it causes your liver to break down the extra molecules in the creatine which causes more rapid cell regeneration but the strain to break down the creatine affects your liver. true it probably is the same or less than that of alcohol, but if taken in high doses and consistently can deffinately have negative effects.
