Anyone use Creatine???

I just ordered some Cellmass from BSN..

Normally order Axis Labs Creatine Ethyl Ester in pills because of the price, but I want to see what the hype is about on this Cellmass..

First BSN product I have ever ordered..

 
Also, body fat scales are pretty cheap and many do a reasonable job of analyzing your hydration level using biolelectric impedance. I suggest that anyone who's considering using this supplement invest in one and keep accurate records over the use of the product.

I personally have my money on two things that are responsible for improved LMB (lean body mass) and strength gains:

1) Placebo effect

2) Greater intracellular water retention

Continuous intake of excessively high dosages of creatine may lead to any of several possible side effects. It has been hypothesized that consistently high doses could lead to hypertension due to increased water retention [12].

those resistance BF measurers are like the worst ones out there, so incorrect. calipers FTW.

cellmass sux. and they just got into some shit cause it was shown that their product doesnt even contain "CEM3" i think it may have contained CEE but i could be wrong. either way, the shit sux.

Bioelectric impedance has fairly good validity when compared to the DEXA standard; and even better reliability depending on the way in which it's used and also the quality of the chip in the scale.

Whoever takes more creatine monohydrate will probably win because more creatine = more win.

eh, im done.....no point in beating a dead horse. ive shared my point numerous times and he was the only one who didn't get it...must mean something special about him when the rest of the thousands of members on this forum understood my point.

yeah, I just started feeling better with 10g/day and then dropped down to 5 just yesterday... It is weird tho, because on many sites I read it says it should be 10g/day and the label tells me 5 - 15g/day but I feel much better with 5g/day I think because it's probably safer considering I've had problems with 10g/day.

5g is perfect. anymore i slikely a waste. maybe if your a giant you might need 10g. im pretty **** big (6'5 275lbs) and i use a heaping teaspoon full....prolly about 7g
