Ernesto, I had no problem with you what so ever, and I was more then willing to help you. You know this because I wrote you back when you contacted me yesterday and I told you that it would be "no problem" and I would definately make things right with you. The first mistake you made was contacting me after I had already gave Kenny the tracking# and told him the items were shipped, and told me "Not just Kenny has authority to remove that link, I do as well and its going to remain on their unless you help me trade my spinners". Now you are talking about the spinners you have had for over 1 year, right? And you probably already know that thier is no company in the world who would allow a customer to wait a year and then ask to trade something, right?? Well, you know that I was going to help you and I had no problem doing this until I found out that you were supporting a guy who broke a written (legal) document and basically lied to my face and stabbed me in the back. Kenny tried to drag my name in the dirt and make me look like a dishonest guy and someone who lied to people and took advantage, and it looks like "the pot calling the kettle black". You guys are lame. You forget that I was trying to make things right, and I was going to do everything you had requested, not just to remove those stupid links which I could give a crap less about, but just to make things right so I didn't have 2 unhappy dudes crying and complainin. If you don't think that type of email or document can be used as evidence in a court of law, you are sadly mistaken. Its used every single day, along with the properties and headers. Eitherway, all it took was a simple phone call and tell them to stop delivery because of what I saw you were trying to do. You have some pretty big demands and expectations to think that you can hold stuff for 1 year and then expect a company to bend over backwards for you and exchange them. When I saw that you both were basically playing 2-year old games which brought me back to highschool times, I decided that I would do us both a big favor and remove all evidence that you didn't even purchase your items from my company. That way, you were satisfied because you never wanted to do business with us in the first place and I was satisfied because I didn't have to respond to both of you cryin girls in the future. Honestly, usually people who purchase rims from my company are grown men and are pretty cool people and are cool dudes. After getting to know Kenny, I have never been so embarassed of knowing some crying "chick" owns a pair of these wheels which are usually made for the "down brotha's". I can honestly say that I should have a new rule that we will not sell any of our rims to "young 15 year old boys w/ *****'s". They are non-deserving of the dope-*** wheels, and they are basically trying to be wanna-be posers by thinking they can put a nice set of spinning rims on their "inherited Mommy's vehicle" and hopefully (not) make their ride look 10 times better and a nicer vehicle. It takes a little more then a new set of rims to dress up a piece of crap. They have the mentality that you can basically own the biggest piece of shit ride in the world, and if you put spinners on them then its finally acceptable and looks good, wrong!! Even though I sell spinners, doesn't mean I think they are cool or basically extinct. It could potentially be used as evidence that he stated the contents of the email but in no way does a transmitted email constitute a legal and binding document without being notorized or something. ( I just want to start off by personally apologizing for how ridiculously long this letter is, but since I won't be communicating on this forum any longer and will be pursuing my time on this court case, I feel it was fair for everyone to know "the full truth" with no fabrication and no exaduration and made up nonsesne. Please forgive me about the length of this, I wasn't intending to waste anyones time, but it does sum up all the details which you were held from seeing)

Honestly, I feel that you have built such a incorrect/false character of this Ladd person up in your little mind, that you have created this huge false exadurated character into something which is nothing close to me or what actually is the truth of what took place. YOU KNOW Kenny, If anything I hooked you up with such a good price of $1399 for the nicest quality rims and spinners, who in the world would complain about a measly $100 bucks for sales tax?? Some people would probably offer it as a tip, not because I saved you close to $1000 from any other place or because I told you that I would take off $100 extra from the lowest price I have ever sold these for, because you recieved the highest quality products for dirt cheap prices. If I was such this crooked person who took advantage of you and cheated you, then I guess this is the same guy who offered you $100 off the lowest sale price for you order?? This just doesn't add up and make sense. Lets assume that I was that person you try to claim who tried to take advantage of you for a measly $140 for sales tax, then that really doesn't make sense that this is the same guy who actually took $100 off your order and offered you $100 off the lowest sale price which I have "never done for ANY customer". It just doesn't make sense Kenny, if I was that desperate person who would try to steal your money and if your sales tax was so important, then their would be no benefit or point for me to take off $100 off your order when you called me on the phone?? Or could it just be that everything you have stated to everyone has been blown-up out of proportion and you have fabricated this whole story just like you did when you contacted the local police and ebay and everyone to get me suspended and my account revolked. remember?? Not only did I give you the highest quality Rims and Spinners valued at way over $2800, but you tried to bite the hand which fed you and didn't want to believe that you had to obey the same policy in the ebay auction which pertained to "all" wholesale Rims customers and to all transactions. The company rules and policies don't change just because you purchase them outside of ebay, our auction even clearly states "If you wish to complete this same transaction, you are free to call on the phone if you don't want to bid against others". You can probably find some "single layer chrome" cheap-*** flaking, chrome chipping rims for the same price range, but nothing can match the price you recieved for the highest quality. Kenny, did you know that I sell those spinners seperately for $899 a set, and the rims we sell for $1499 seperately and the kit $200 each. You recieved such a good deal, that I basically paid you to take these from my company. Then to top everything off, you ended up posting all of those slanderous weblinks and postings about me and my company. You tried to tell everyone on this forum lies and gave them about 60% of the real truth, and then added your own 40% of slanderous lies and fabrication to build up your drama sob story of how you got taken advantage of. IF you knew the full story, just like everyone else who knows, you will see who got taken advantage of here. Or did you mean the trick that I contacted you and personally apologized for anything I had said to you, and to let me know anything I could do to make you a satisfied customer? I then took $200 out of my pocket and purchased you the warranty and sent it in a Postal priority envelope and gave you the tracking#. Is this the trick you meant I did?? 1st Trick: Emailed my company saying:

You may want to look at all of your personal information, email address's, home phone numbers and cell numbers and accusations of fraud and slanderous things I have posted on the web about you and your company". (This is the only reason my buddy got pissed and posted your person information on ebay for 3 hours, and he only posted your card because you sent us an email right before that saying you had contacted your bank and cancelled your credit card. I never would of posted an active valid working card.) This is the small piece of important evidence you happened to leave out when you told all your buddies I put your credit card on ebay, you forgot to tell them you previously sent me an email saying it was all cancelled and the card was no good, remember?

2nd Trick: Told your Mom and Dad to call and yell at me for taking advantage of their son. Tried to tell them that I never advertised anything about sales tax on the ebay auction and tried to take advantage of you by charging sales tax on your order. After communicating with your parents and told them to read the payment details on ebay, they realized that their son had made a critical error and mistake and forgot to read all of the details which stated "A sales tax will be added to your order". Instead of admitting you didn't see this, you tried to approach me that I was committing fraud and I didn't have a right to charge sales tax and that ebay was wrong for having a section on their check out "invoice" page which allows company's an itemized line to add their sales tax to customers if they are a company who claim sales tax to the local state government.

3rd Trick: Contacted the local Police department in my place of residence and tried to have false charges filed against my company and tried to "sugar coat" your story (just like on this forum) and tell the officer that I was trying to falsely charge your card for extra fee's you didn't know about and that you wanted to pursue criminal charges for this crime. Basically the officer laughed in your face after I showed him the ebay auction and showed him that my company made it very clear to all buyers we charge tax. He stated that some company's are set up that way w/ their taxes and if Mr. Murdock was breaking any law then we could probably pursue charges, but he wasn't. Honestly Kenny, why did you purchase the rims from my company if you weren't alright with the terms in the ebay auction?? I'm not sure about you, but if I see something I don't agree with, I usually don't call the company to purchase them, you could of saved a crap load of time from both of us. Just because you didn't purchase them through ebay doesn't mean that our company policy is now up to the customer to decide what ever they want. Just like any company, a transaction which goes through ebay has no difference or rules then someone who calls or comes into our company. Please tell me the difference if you took a plane flight from florida and walked into my store, we would still have to charge you sales tax even if you provided your Florida ID saying you lived in florida. Their is no difference then you calling from Florida and having me package these and ship them to you in Florida from Utah, this transaction is no different then purchasing them over the counter where we charge sales tax and this is the same point that the State informed my company about. You keep saying that you didn't purchase them through ebay, so the same rules don't apply, thats the stupidest shit I've heard of. I guess that means you don't recieve the same 1 year warranty and the same quality products of rims and spinners, right? Why would we have 2 seperate set of rules and changed contracts for ebay customers compared to phone customers?

4th Trick: Had about 5 of your buddies emailing me saying they were authorities and people they weren't and making threats of what they are going to do to my company and they have my personal address and know where I live. These guys like Jared Garcia and Bobby and Kenny's friends contacted me and tried to threaten with all of this mumbo jumbo acting as if they were attorney's and different people. I obviously informed the same officer who contacted my company before and let him know what Kenny was having these guys doing which was making my wife very scared for our family's safety.

5th Trick: Contacted everyone in this chat forum and tried to spread these false lies and not telling everyone what the "real" truth was and was telling everyone to join in and to tell everyone possible to build up a so called "army" to say all of these nasty things about my company, intending to try and put me out of business or hurt our business sales. Kenny wrote me an email stating "You will be out of business by the time I'm done with you, my Mom is an attorney and we are going to call the Utah state officials and tell them that you are stealing from customers and taking advantage of all your customers and pretty soon you will end up behind bars. "I have friends in very high places and know some computer "wizards" which your company is going to be out of business by the time I'm done".

6th Trick: Contacted me and stated "I sent him faulty and broken products" and he took the bolts out of the bag and one was broken. He approached me in a threatening manner, demanding that I needed to replace this $2 bolt (after everything else he did) or he is going to make my life a living hell. He said you sent me broken faulty equipment and I want it replaced!! I told Kenny that all he had to do is contact me and say: Ladd, I had twisted a bolt on to tight and it snapped, could you please send me another bolt? I would of helped him no matter what. It was the way he rudely approached me and lied to me and saying I sold him broken bolts when I knew that everything was brand new in the plastic because I packaged them myself. I told him that I would not replace the bolt because of the way he approached me swearing and threatening and being so rude. I later recieved an email from Kenny stating "if you can send me another on of those bolts, I promise not to snap another one." Basically admitting that he had snapped the bolt himself. This is a mirror image and replica of everything that I went through with Kenny, he would approach me with these blow-out of proportion stories and lies which I saw right through, and it was so difficult to deal with someone who would lie straight through their teeth thinking that I was an idiot or moron.

6th Trick: Went on my ebay account and took over my company's weblink which my company emails to our customers to see our options and styles of rims to choose from and he contacted our previous rim distributor and I guess talked with the owner or someone and gave them a bunch of this crap, and I guess they believed his lies enough to change the weblink and say "Don't purchase from wholesale rims, they will stab you in the back". "Go to this website and purchase rims from a company who will save you much more money". Kenny must of made up a pretty good lie for this person to believe him and to change my companys weblink which we advertise our pictures of. So, it caused some pretty big problems because I couldn't use that link to show customers the styles of rims we had. Kenny later emailed me and said "Is your life miserable yet"? I kept thinking I probably said something which probably got under his skin, because the degree of things he was doing to my company was walnuts compared to the tax charge and broken bolt. I was so confused because even though my company was told to charge sales tax, it was "cake" for Kenny to dispute those charges with his card company and then everything would of been smooth sailing.

7th Trick: I have a friend who works for ebay, and informed me that Kenny and a couple friends had tried to contact them and make all of these false alligations about my company stealing from customers and sending them faulty and broken products and that we weren't a legit business and that we were this huge fraudulent made up company who was stealing thousands and thousands of dollars from people. He tried very hard making up these same slanderous and character bashing remarks to many ebay representatives, but they told him that it just didn't make sense and add up, because I had an excellent feedback ratings which was much better then most rim company's out their and they had personally contacted many of the customers we did business with and they were very satisfied and told them that they have recieved their products fine and everything went smooth and worked out ok. He tried very hard making up as much stuff as possible to try and get my account suspended from ebay, but had no luck from his efforts. I was also contacted by a lady from a Utah government division who informed my company that someone had called "anonymously" and reported that my company was committing a felony and doing all of these fraudulent acts on the internet and ebay. She had asked him for any evidence which he "did not have at the time" and told her to investigate me and my company because they will find out we are commiting felony's against customers.

8th Trick: (After all of this I was getting a bit worried that Mr. Pollock was crossing grounds legally and commiting serious crimes against my company, at which time I contacted a family member who is an agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigations and he informed me that he would be willing to assist me with any further help I needed to pursue against Mr. Pollock. This agent had read over all of the previous statements I had listed on this forum/emails and ebay, and he had recieved confirming and overwhelming evidence of what Mr. Pollock had done against my company. We were very serious about pursuing "company slander" charges of Wholesale Rims against Mr. Pollock.) He recommended that I contacted Kenny and ask him what exactly he wanted and what I needed to do to make things right and to have him satisfied. This is when Kenny sent me an email (evidence 2B) stating. "Ladd if you can send me a full new lug kit (not bolt) w/ written warranty and name of manufacture of rims, then I will remove the webpage I had written about you at: http://www.laddmurdock.com , and I will remove all and any pages about you and your company which was a result of me". I had recieved this email from Kenny's email address: me@kennypollock.com. I had wrote Kenny back and said "Kenny, I know you stated that you only needed the one bolt you broke, but I will pay $200 out of my pocket and purchase you a new kit and type up the warranty things you wanted and we will send them though a flat rate priority delivery confirmation package (recommended by my help) to your personal address, I will do this on one condition that you will agree to remove the things you have developed and webpage at: http://www.laddmurdock.com. so we can squash all of this and move on like grown men". Kenny wrote me back saying "Its an agreement and I will remove those things when I recieve your package". I wrote him and stated: Kenny, I know we both said some things we regret and I'm very sorry if I had said anything to offend you, as you know I was having a pretty horrible month because one of my best friends was hit by a truck on his new harley DAvidson. Its good to know that we both have a good side to us, and I'm sorry we got started off on the wrong foot and both said some things to each other which brought out our bad negative sides. Kenny wrote back and agreed with me and said thank you Ladd and I will get this removed the day the package is recieved. At this time I contacted back the agent who was helping me with all of this, and I showed him the emails we had written to each other and stated we had worked everything out and gave him the delivery confirmation number and basically told him thanks for everything and his help. After I shipped the items on Friday, I recieved an email from Kenny on Sunday saying: "Oh yeah, 2 more things as well" -- "You need to let me swap my spinners for another style that I wanted from this other company, and I need you to reimburce me since you said you had 100% customer satisfaction, also my buddy Ernesto who purchased some rims from you 1 year ago would like to swap his spinners for a different style because he never liked the ones you sent to him". "Your weblink or webpage and everything I wrote about your company will remain on their until you complete these other requests as well". He basically told me that he is breaking the agreement after recieving a confirming tracking# and is going to give me "impossible demands to meet" to make it so he never has to fullfill his part of the written agreement and keep his word. I'm sure he would of kept making other unreachable requests as well. I then went to this Audio forum and saw that Kenny had wrote to another member "I just told Ladd that to get what I want, of course I'm not going to remove anything about him or his company even after I get the other kit and documents".

At this point I was truly amazed out of my flippen skull that Kenny had tried to do something so dumb and unwise. He had no idea that I was recieving help from this agent who was keeping tabs on the whole situation. This agent is actually the one who contacted the National office for all USPS locations, and basically had the package turned around in no time, I definately don't think I could of done it without his help. Its just to bad that we couldn't of ceased this never ending nightmare while we had the chance, and now we will both have to invest more time into pursuing criminal action against Mr. Pollock. Honestly, its one of those things which are probably "meant to be", because Kenny had every oprotunity to come out of this ordeal completely a head and on top and he just got a little to greedy. You will see that GREED is the main downfall of any criminal, they get too greedy and their eyes open up to half dollar coins and make one dumb move. Kenny tried to justify "I was just giving Ladd one of the tricks he pulled on me", which is absolute nonsense. If you have read all of these details, you will see that the difference between me and Kenny is that Kenny's actions are "premeditated and planned to cause harm and trouble to my reputation as a person and company which is against the law". It was very easy to read on paper infront of me "their is a difference between freedom of speach and then making false/fabricated statements about a person or company w/ intent to harm".

Even though Kenny sneakily tried to twist my words and his statements around and have me looking as the bad guy, I never tried to make deliberate attempts to cause harm to Kenny or to premeditate of how to deliberately hurt and cause trouble to his wellbeing or his social status/character or reputation of who he is as a person or his company. Thier was one thing I did out of retaliation, but it will be taken into consideration against the handfull of things which were done. Mr. Pollock clearly went out of his way with much effort to cause harm to my company's reputation, my personal character and my wellbeing. The big difference between me and Kenny is that I have told the full truth even if parts of the truth could hurt my story. Kenny on the other hand makes things up to be fabricated justified "Pollock stories" which may become part of a fictional book or play one day. He tries very hard at being accepted by everyone around him and says anything and everything he needs so the story "sounds good" and so he has all of his justified actions answered for. Its just to bad that everyone (recieved written statements) Mr. Pollock had contacted through the State and through ebay and through the local Police department and through Internent crime division, just didn't want to believe the outrageous fabricated accusations against my company, it just didn't add up (all said it).

Truthfully, all of you guys are free to believe what you wish and I have no way to benefit from you believing one way or another. I am truly sorry for how long this letter is. I know that you truly don't have to read this if you don't want to, but I just wanted to clarify the truth of this whole situation so you know the times the wool was pulled over your eyes and some of the things Kenny said was true. I definately do not feel its right or fair for you to believe fabricated things about my company without knowing the entirety of the complete story. You do not have to worry about me being on this forum any longer. The only person who is going to hear from us in the future is Mr. Pollock, and this time thier is no tricks being placed.

Hey Ernesto, You recieved my first email, I had no problem wanting to make things right and replace your spinners. Honestly we didn't get the new shipment of spinners in stock until just recently, so eitherway I wouldn't of been able to do jack-shit for you this whole time anyways, because all we had is what you recieved. The spinners you purchased were discontinued, these are all a different brand name and we now deal with Spin-tek. Thank you for acting like you knew what was going on, it sure helps out alot. So if anything happens to your rims or spinners in the future, they will not be covered under anything, unless I manually enter the warranty under your personal information which I will be doing with the other customers. So...the choice is up to you, you don't have to remove any link with my name, and everything will be cool, or you can remove it and we will enter your information and warranty into the computer and I will let you pick one of the new styles of spinners.

You guys are free to keep that link up, I support your descision, I'm happy with everything and I'm going to be more happy when you see what happens in the next month or so. I'm sure I couldn't close the deals if they didn't recieve confirmation from the agent assisting me with the case. Not to mention, after letting them know the story of my side, I tell them "by the way, I will send your order out "COD" and this is what really catches them and they realize they have nothing to loose. But honestly ERnesto, I really have changed my mind about this link page, and I will make you a deal if you keep it up and running. At first I assumed it was going to be a bad thing, and then I realized it was brining so much attention and questions to my company and then people actually started becoming interested because I have offered to do thier orders COD, which they don't have to pay anything until they arrive on the front porch.
