So basically what your saying is: A company has an angry customer, the customer complains, the company wants to make the customer happy so he asks what he needs to do, the customer replies and says I would like, this, this and this. The company offers this to the customer to make things right, and now you are saying the customer should stab them in the back and keep causing problems and don't resolve anything?? No, basically we are saying we have read your emails and you have acted like a jackass this whole time. In my mind the only mistake Ken made was announcing on this thread he would do nothing, he should have done nothing about the website and kept it to himself. Once again, Kenny's "genius" way of thinking failed him again. He assumed he could "trick" me into a written agreement so I would have to pay for a new kit and send him a valid warranty. Its too bad "he spoke a little too soon" on this forum and said "I just told him that to get what I want, its not like I'm going to actually complete my side of the bargain". Wow, you guys are always "over annalysing" & "perfecting" situations and peoples actions, so I'm assuming Kenny was right for doing this again, correct?? Wrong, the mistake Kenny made is he shouldn't of blabbed his mouth all over this silly forum. And who says saying to much can't get you in trouble?? Kenny assumed that everything was "smooth sail'in" after I sent him the delivery#, what he didn't realize is when I read that he wrote he was going to back out of our agreement and "stab me in the back". I took a little further action and had the delivery stopped, so now he will not be having any bolts, warranty or any manufacturer who made his rims. All I can do is try, and as you can see I tried hard to apologize to Kenny and make things right and all of the other non-sense means crap if I contacted Kenny and asked: "Please let me know what I can do for you to make this right and for you to be a satisfied customer". He emailed me what he wanted, and I performed my side of the agreement and everything back-fired when I realized he admitted to another member that "He just said it to get what he wants, hes not going to honor his word". Now, you guys pull up all the past emails and notes, and you tell me who was in the wrong?? I feel if I was trying to be the peace-maker and help anyway possible to make him satisfied, then this is all I can do. I never wanted bad-blood, and it looks like Kenny is a little to immature and young to know what a "mans word" is. So....its about time I start having some webpages made and personalized links made with http://www.KennyPollock.com so people can start reading false crap about him. Don't you agree??? Your Kenny hero is a flippen Joke, and your foolish to be communicating with a kid who cry's about milk being spilled on the floor. I have a "tit" for Kenny to **** on, does anyone know how I can send it in the mail?? Maybe he'll stop sending me his sob stories and crying about lame crap. The past is the past and I tried to make amends and patch up any wrong doings which Kenny was dissatisfied with. He stated what I needed to do to make things right, and I did it. I just want to explain my motive before I head off to school:
I wanted a nice set of rims with spinners cheap. I took the cheap way and found Ladd via eBay. He offered me $100 off my purchase if I went outside of eBay, so I handed him the credit card information. After he got the information the deal went sour, he shipped late, shipped the wrong style spinner, and because he had the information I just put up with it.

Near the end, I calmed him down because he realized the website that he said would never effect his business obviously did. I told him to send me what I wanted and I'd take the site down, which I still didn't recieve the lug kit, so I don't know why he's so angry that the site is still there.

As per request of the forum members that replied to this thread I said I'd keep the site up indefinitely even after recieving my lug kit, but if you advise against doing so I will gladly remove the website. I still don't think anyone should have to go through what I've been going through and I just used the same tricks to outsmart Ladd as he tried on me. I ultimately got Ladd crying over losing business and giving me the lug kit I wanted.

BTW Ladd: Only reason I said I wanted a kit for backup was because one lug snapped on me and I don't want it to happen again. I said it was my fault so I didn't have to argue with you, but when a screw/lug snap when you're changing a flat it would have to be the fault of the product.

like why would you try to charge a customers cc against his will and well after the transaction was complete?

can you post a link that explains why anyone would have to pay out of state sales tax??

another member of this forum contacted you about getting some rims. he ask you 3 times if he had to pay tax and each time you replied no.

why is the special sales tax only for certain customers?? or were you gonna wait until a week after he paid for the rims to inform him of the special Ladd tax.

I started blocking Ladd's emails since this morning, same crap he did to me.

I don't regret posting my plans, and instead of Ladd begging me to take the site down and "keep my word" he cancelled the shipment and now the site will stay up. I'm done with this whole ordeal, I got my rims and Ladd made a fool of himself.

The scammers responseNo problem, please understand its a little odd of a request by waiting "1 year" and then contact me and now say you wanted them swapped. I had no idea you were not satisfied with what you had because no one contacted me to let me know this. I remember you first contacted me, but we had the other 2 styles on back order and I said to contact us back in the future which I did not hear from you. Please let me know which style of spinner you want and the size you need, and I will help you. I will probably need you to cover getting the spinners shipped to my company which is very inexpensive, and I will pay to ship out the new set. I'm trusting you that they are in brand new condition and not used. As soon as I recieve your set, I will send out the ones you want. Wish you would of contacted me a little earlier and let me know this, oh well. Thanks

I found out that after Kenny had agreed to written terms through email and promised me he would keep his word, I shipped his items to him and gave him a tracking# only to find out he wrote on the forum "I just told Ladd what he wanted to hear, its not like I'm going to shut down anything". So....I have nothing to loose, none of my customers go to http://www.laddmurdock.com because why would they?? It has nothing to do with my business. I don't loose anything in this situation, and Kenny has lost everything. All he had to do is "be a man of his word" and everything would of went smooth. I would check to see what type of person you guys are putting your trust into, since he is such a trustworthy source how can you believe all of that other first bull crap he was saying?? Oh well, don't say I wasn't going to help you Ernesto. Now, I'm going to to crap until I see everything shut down. After I see that all links and pages have been shut down, then I will be happy to help you. Do not contact me until that is done. Kenny will probably try to "cry wolf" again, and it ain't happenin. You can let Kenny know that I have cancelled the delivery for his items. All of our customers love these Voo doo's, so I assumed you would like these. I'm suprised you think the others look better then the Voo doo. I have these same ones on my vehicle, and they look hot.
