Yes - because this complete evasion has anything to do with what I asked you, Darren/Ladd.Please don't even include the word "pimp" and the picture of that hoopdy ride in the same sentence.
Considering I wouldn't enter into a business transaction of any kind with you for any reason - ever - I guess we both make out on the winning end of this one, eh? Additionally - it isn't "maroon", pinhead....it is GM paint code 72U, specifically named Crimson Cloak Mica - the factory color for this particular car.I'm not even sure if I would trade a set of our rims for the full maroon car.
I've not emailed you once. Get it straight, fella. Again - because I choose to drive a cheap, older, economical car rather than splurging on something that will give me no better utilitarian value than what I have already you choose to bash me. Well, I reckon if I have to get hated on I would rather it be because of my car rather than because the general public thought i was a lying piece of trash, eh?I would try to respond to your emails, but I keep chuckling under my breath every time I respond to your emails and that car.

You still avoid actually answering my question. I wonder why that is????
It makes a much broader statement regarding sales tax down in the payment instructions. You say that the auction clearly states that sales tax is added to the purchase, but here is a link to the original auction that Kenny was using as a reference and it states:"Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: UT (6.600%)."

Not in the actual listing but in the payment instructions you are asked to "Please add sales tax to your total." //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifFurther more, none of your current auctions state anything about sales tax...
Care to explain?
My bad, I missed that.It makes a much broader statement regarding sales tax down in the payment instructions.

Well, with Darren/Ladd having a previously displayed propensity for adding on fraudulant charges to your credit card after the fact I'm not certain even a non-existant tax (yanno - like the one he charged to Kenny?) would deter him much. He'd simply make up some arbitrary number and hope you were none the wiser when you reconciled your bank book at the end of the month. My bad, I missed that.
So if my state hypothetically had no sales tax, I could add 0% to the price and still be covered?
Maybe you just take the mean figure of all possible options?Lets put this into real terms... Utah apparently uses 6.6%, Va uses 5%, Cali uses 8.5%... Which one do you go with???????
I'm glad it wasn't a wasted effort to include it in my response then.I understand the //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif in your post...

So, I should take the percentage from all 50 states, add them together and then add that to the final price...
Maybe that's what he's wanting you to do? Who knows with this character...
Sortof like he did when he said "Phuck the law that says I can't charge fees waaayyyyy after the fact and the transaction should long be considered complete. And then (even though the sale didn't happen on eBay) I'll continually reference my eBay listings that make a mention of a sales tax while still remaining vague in its requests..."Of course, it says "Please" so I can say fuck the tax!!!
