Why Should My Company Change Our Rules And Company' Policy For Those On
Ebay Compared To Off Of
Ebay?? This Doesn't Make Sense, The Same Rules Apply To Customers On
Ebay As The Same As Those Who Purchase Them Directly From Our Store Either Over The Phone Or If They Come Into Our Office. They Told Me That My Company Is Selling Things "illegally" If The Customer Is Not Paying A Sales Tax In The State Where The Item Is Purchased Or The State Its Recieved. Basically Saying We Are Selling Items "tax Free" Which Any Company Would Love To Be Able To Do And Not Get In Trouble For It. Unfortunately, We Cannot Sell Items "tax Free" And Thus The Reason We Were Warned. They Said Its No Different Then If A Customer Takes A Plane Trip From Florida And Walks Into Your Store And Purchases A Set Of Wheels, They Still Have To Pay A Sales Tax Even If They Provide Id And Say They Just Flew In From Florida. They Told Me This Is No Different Then If A Customer Calls On The Phone From Florida And Places The Order And Have Us Ship Them Out The Wheels. Basically Saying We Are Suppose To Charge A Sales Tax On Customers Who Come Into Our Store And Also Who Call On The Phone. And You Don't Think You Should Have To Pay Sales Tax If Your Not From Utah?? Then The Guy From Utah Is Fulling Me Full Of Crap, Because We Have Charged It And Then Claimed This On Our Taxes. We Have Been Paying The Government A Tax On All Our Orders. The Reason Kenny Was Charged Seperately Is Because We Messed Up And Forgot To Add It To His Total Which We Normally Do On Most Orders. Sometimes We Have Certain
Ebay Auctions Which We Have The Prices Higher Like $1599 Where The Tax Is Already Included In The Price, And We State That "tax Is Included". But Kenny Contacted Us Through The Auction Which Was For $1399 And Sales Tax Is Added To Your Order Seperately, He Told Me That He Wanted Exactly What Was In This Auction. It Was Impossible For Me To Honor The $1399 Price And Also Pay For His Sales Tax Out Of My Pocket. You Will See That Many Company's Do This On
Ebay, They Will Have A Higher Price For The Items And Sales Tax Is Not Included, Since We Had The Price Lowered To $1399 Which Kenny Paid, This Is Why We Tried To Clearly List In The Auction "sales Tax Will Be Added To Your Order". I Understand How It Looks That Sales Tax Was Added Later, But It Was An Honest Mistake And I Realized We Didn't Add It To Kenny's Order When We Should Of. Just Because Someone Calls My Company On The Phone Doesn't Mean That The Contract And Warranty And Products And Things Change, Everything Stays The Same. If You Are Saying That The Same Rules Shouldn't Apply To Someone Calling On The Phone As Compared To
Ebay, Then That Means They Shouldn't Recieve The Same Products As Advertised In The
Ebay Auctions And The Same Warranty And Things. We Need To Stick To Our Policy, Sales Tax Is Added To Orders For $1399, And For The Customers Who Pay $1599 The Tax Is Already Included. It Is The Same Eitherway, Kenny Just Felt Like He Didn't Need To Abide By What The Auction Stated And What Other Customers Had To Do. So This Is Why I Gave Him The Option Of Cancelling His Order And He Refused!! If Your Not Happy With The Terms, Wouldn't You Cancel The Order And Get Your Money Back?? I Offered It To Him Many Times, And He Turned It Down, But Then He Spent All This Time Trying To Knock My Company And Make Up All This Slander And Character Bashing A Company. Every Company Has Had Bad Transactions Or Bad Things Happen Which They Don't Want To Remember, And I Can Probably Pull Bad Crap Up About Any Company You Mention. The Fact Remains, I Go Out Of My Way To Help My Customers And We Have Excellent Customer Service Or We Wouldn't Have A Very High Feedback Rating On
Ebay. It Speaks For Itself. Kenny Has Been One Of Those Customers Who Has Been A Nightmare And No Matter What I Do, He Keeps Bitting The Hand That Trys To Feed!!
