-You tried to charge tax long after the transaction was finished.

-You tried to bill a credit card without consent.

-You were rude and threatening when your inappropriate actions were questioned.

-You posted private credit card info and offered lug keys and an address to anyone wanting to steal a set of rims.

I charged Kenny tax because that is what my company does and that is what I advertise on my ebay auctions. My buddy advertised his personal information because Kenny contacted me and said: "Now what are you going to do, I posted all of your personal information on the website". So....just like anyone of you would do, I posted his. Trust me, I wouldn't of posted his credit card if he didn't contact me first and said "My card is cancelled and not working". He had already emailed me and told me that he has disputed the sales tax and called his bank to get the card cancelled. This is the only reason my buddy put it on ebay, I never would of put a customers "valid" card on ebay. But please understand, this Kenny dude said many threats and did many things to my company which you have not heard. I have noticed that on certain emails and statements, Kenny has only pasted and copied the sentences and things which help support his side and make you guys believe only one side of the story. Their are many things which Kenny threatened and had all of his buddies call my home and threaten my family. What would you do in the same situation?? What would you do if Kenny called your home and had his buddies call, and your wife was getting pissed off and annoyed and wanted to call the cops?? This dude has been a huge pain, and obviously he knows about computers and has friends who know how to "hack" and things, and he's free to do anything he wants. But, man to man, this kid has been causing many problems and saying many false lies and things which are not true. Things which any company would call harassing and slander. If he was so upset with his order, he was offered a full refund. Wouldn't you take it if you were this upset with a company?? You saw everything he wrote and all of the bull-crap things. It comes down to, no one likes to be pushed around, and at the same time I was trying to keep a cool head and be a respectfull company, but this kid kept dishing out a bunch of crap and he would make any normal persons bad side come out. Everyone has a breaking point, and you try to be professional with a person for so long, but if they try to cross the line and start throwing out "low blows" and telling you something your not, are you going to lie down or just sit their and take it??

And that extra garbage following the first sentence aside - your company constantly charges sales tax after a considerable timeframe has elapsed following the COMPLETION of a sale? I cannot believe that you do this on a cinsistent basis and Kenny is the first person to raise a stink about it.

Any wording in a listing on eBay is completely immaterial to the discussion at hand. You and Kenny were not involved in a transaction on eBay. It was something completely outside of eBay so eBay-anything in this instance makes no difference, period.

Either way, you still posted credit card info, active or not (which, if you read the posts, it was active at the time you posted it), and that is illegal...

Put yourself in my shoes. If you had a company and were contacted by a kid who started threatening you with the phone call that he made, and then had his Dad, Mom, family and all his friends start calling your company and your home (over a $2 bolt) what would you do?? The tax thing never should of been a big issue with Kenny, I asked him if he had read the ebay auction where it states "we charge sales tax to every order" and he said he missed it. My fault?? I told him that he is free to dispute the sales tax on his credit card, and they would probably refund it. Since all this happened, I admit I got a bit defensive when he approached me in the wrong manner and started yelling and swearing over the phone and saying "You sent me defective merchandise and you need to send me another one before I screw your company over and you loose all your business". The whole thing started out as sending him "broken merchandise" and then he sends me an email the other day admitting he snapped it by twisting it to hard. Do you see how everything is getting blown up so big beyond what it really is?? Kenny has done this from the start, exaduarating and crying and whyning about things, and I have tried my best to put a milk bottle or a tit in his mouth and the baby keeps crying. After putting the last tit in his mouth, I had assumed that this baby was finally done crying, but then I found out he was sending me a lie. Do you guys do that?? If someone try's to work with you and to come to an agreement over terms, would you agree to written terms and then say "hahhah, I got you, I knew you were gullible". NOw, how I am I suppose to believe anything if Kenny calls me and says that he needs his rim fixed, or something has a manufacture defect? I can't believe this person because he has broken the most important rule!! And you would do the same.
