So you would of told the local state government to go to hell if they sent you a letter which stated our company needed to start charging sales tax on "all" internet sales??
You cannot charge sales tax for sales out of state, guy. That's what we've been trying to tell you all along that you seem to be of the impression that your particular corner of the world is different than anywhere else in the US. The main problem you have is thinking that you're the smartest person in the room and that the rest of us here are a collection of ignorant jacka
sses who aren't bright enough to smell BS when we encounter it. Try a different angle, fella - this one isn't working out for you too well.
I'd be happy to show you my company's taxes and all of the orders we claim.
Well, just like you told Kenny about his warranty paperwork..."For all I know this is something you typed up yourself!"
This is what I mean, believing everything you guys hear. Its funny, someone can make up shit and add some bells and wissels and you guys fall for it.
We have a tendency to believe the easily verifiable, yes. Funny that things that are supported by fact get more people to believe in them! Bloody AMAZING!
was told to charge tax, and I'm sure you would of to if you recieved the same letter.
You were
not told by ANY government agency whether local, state, or federal to charge tax
after the completion of a sale. If you continue to claim that you were then all you manage to accomplish is make yourself look more foolish than you already do (which is considerable in its own right, to tell the truth...)
Kenny is trying to build up a little army, and have all you guys as his little soldiers and all I hear is "YES SIR".
No - all you hear (after the presentation of facts and the easily discernable conclusion that you are, in fact, a crooked POS) is "Man, that's gotta ****!" or "Good for you, Kenny, for sticking up for what you know is right," or "Don't let this guy get away with this, Kenny. Keep with it. You know you're right. We know you're right. And no judge in the world will
not know you're right."
Though were to meet him in person and he asked me a question that required a Yes or No answer which I answered in the affirmative it is possible you'd hear, "Yes, sir." I am a Southerner, first and foremost, and following that I am the progeny of an army colonel dad and a teacher mother. Manners in the house I grew up in were NOT optional.
Manners. Honesty. Common courtesy. Simple concepts you might wanna give a try sometime.
