I just got back from the gym and Im pumped.
I did bicep and back today.
I started with some dumbell curls. Started at 30lbs with 20 reps. Upped the weight by 5 and reduced the reps by 4 etc. till I couldnt continue. Then did 21's with varying barbell weight. Then some weird machine I dont know the name of.
