I know two people at school, who think they can design/build boxes. They don't even know how to tune a box, nor own even a table saw. He has a myspace with a number to call na dget box design quotes. They are designing a box to put 2 15" type r's in a mustang. Enough said.

I have a friend who kept telling me this pos fosgate amp would push more power than a Hifonics I'm getting. Thinks P1's can hold thousands of watts and nothing would happen. Also told me His little P2's he had or whatever would hit 150db easy. Anytime you ask him what brand to get he and starts preaching the fosgate word. He loevs em so much he thinks the real guys name is Jesus "Fosgate" Christ. (lol)

Those amps are sick, and so are their price tags .... but I hate it when people try to say type R's aren't loud. I have friends that have all said that there stereo was louder than mine but when the Sonic FX was in, they weren't comfortable sitting in my car. Those friends are just sold on the bs that the salesmen from local shops are floating into their minds. Still gotta couple non-beilevers but I got something in the making for them =)

i know a guy who has a legacy 2000 watt amp for subs and a 2000 watt 4 ch for his mid and hi's and thinks that he can go to comps and fall in the 4000 watt class. i have told him that his amps are junk and are way over rated but he thinks differantly.
