SQ guy here. I think its a very nice looking deck. I see it has a digital in and out. I wonder what can be used with that deck. A grand is alot to spend on a deck but I can't really talk I guess.

Well.. people spend that on screens all day, every day.. i know some sq guys dont think twice about dropping 3K on a 50x2 amp.. (im sure you know better than me) It looks nice, but dated..

Noise rejection. Back 'in the old days' people actually wrapped their head units in copper foil.

I've never seen any studies comparing copper vs other materials for chassis material to prove an actual audible (or even measurable, for that matter) difference.

But noise rejection is the intended purpose.
