I saw that on ebay yesterday.

It may sound good, but it looks like a cassette deck from the early 80's with those two knobs on either side of the CD slot.

Alpine cda-7949. They go for around $150-$200.

I have a 7949 and a 7969... both have copper chassis. There are other Alpine heads with copper as well iirc. IOW, you cant tell which model it is, or its value, simply by it having a copper chassis.

Might also be one of the limited edition Alpine 7909's. Didn't they have a copper chassis? You know, the ones they refurbed for their anniversary or whatever?
