any other wiring for my system??

first i figured i would need...

13ft of 0 gauge to run to the trunk..

7ft of 0 guage for big 3..

8ft of 4guage to run from distro to amps + amp grounds

1 distro to split to two 4guages

1 16ft 2channel rca for mono amp

1 16ft 4channel rca for 4 channel

30 ft of speaker wire?? only for coaxs.. what gauge?

30ft amp relay turn on wire 15ft for each amp..

im not too sure which wires to fuse, i know that the distro block comes with two fuses that i get to pick which ones.. how do i know which to get??

thanks for the review.. btw amps are orion 1200d (120amp fuses) and orion 4004 (40-50amp fuse)... only running 50rms to speaks what gauge wiring do i need??

oh and what gauge wire would i need to use on my subs?? 1200rms.. : ))

Sounds like you have the bases covered, I'll give you some tips based on my experience.

What car do you have? Because I'm not sure 13 ft of power wire is going to cut it. Have you asked other people with the same car, or ran power wire before in your car?

Same with the speaker wire. If it's going into your doors, chances are you may need more than you think.

As for the fuses in the distro block, that completely depends on the gauge of the wires coming out (so long as your amps are fused). Since you have 4 gauge going out, the largest fuse size you want in there is 125 amps. You don't want to go any larger because if a short occurs the wire could burn before the fuse blows. Besides, you don't need any larger because your Orion amp has a 120 amp fuse anyway.

The gauge of the speaker wire is dependent upon the impedance of the speakers and the length of the run. Here's a chart for it on this site:

Oh yeah, and you don't need 2 remote runs. Use one and jump it from one amp to the other. You said it is from a relay, right? You should be fine doing this then. Just make sure the wire is fused just in case!

well the car is a 96 civic.. so very small, i measured the whole car a little bit ago and it was like 13-15ft long : /.. so, i just need enough to reach the trunk.. even go with the 4 guage.. so should i have 2 125 amp fuses in the distro, or should i just match them with each amp?? im not sure what you mean by relay, but jumping the 2 amps with 1 cable makes sense..

alright that sounds good, i realize i need terminal for the 0 guage and some for the 4 guage grounds.. am i missing anything else??
