well i know taking off the door panel is a ***** anyone got any trick to taking it off without breaking on of those little plastic holders? ive like broken half of those things on my front door panels. i also cant find anything about it in the car's owner manuel. can anyone help me? the car is a 99 chevy malibu if that helps at all

while this is made anyone know about it for a 94 ford explorer? i removed 3 screws and the ***** won't budge
A flathead screw driver works just fine. Start at the bottom and work your way up. You have to lift up when you get to the top because the panel kind of sits in a groove. Unscrew the little pop up lock thing to make it easier if needed.

In my Expedition, theres a bolt in the sail panel, in the door light at the bottom, and behind the window switches. Then it slides up not out.

if your careful, you shouldnt break any. Pry at the door from the bottom and slowly pull the panel from the door working from the bottom up. Make sure to remove any screws first or its not gonna budge. Ive removed quite a few door panels and have only broken 1 or two clips total.
