Any avid BOWLERS on the forum?

ah...hes originally from florida thats why i thought you might know him...he grew up there and i think he bowled at florida state as well......but yeah he lives a couple miles up the road from me now and on off weeks from the tour and the offseason you see him as a sub or something on local leagues.....
its amazing to watch...hes like a machine lol everything is perfect everytime....very rairly do you see him make a mistake....

i know when todd subbed before the season started he didn't even try and shot a 765, hopefully todd can make the show this week, he got past the rd of 32, just got to get into the rd of 8 and i think he can make it

But yeah, I used to enjoy bowling when I was younger..was never big into it, specially now that my back is messed up. I really enjoy watching good bowlers bowl in person though, it's fun to watch such a skill.

yes last week came down to the final game in the rd of 8, mike wolfe threw a 300 at him in game 7, game two chris threw one, that was a hell of a match....yeah i wish i could make that in 3 days as well, but minus expenses i wonder how much he came out ahead

im pretty sure most of his expenses are paid for by sponsors...he probably made more than that when you figure his shoe contract, ball incentives etc.....

i also know when i went to state tournament last year i made 600 in brackets and still lost a couple......i wonder what brackets and jackpots look like on the tour lol amazing to think how much money probably changes hands each week.

hes gotta be making pretty good money..where he lives in avon, ohio aint cheap and hes got a pretty nice house....

he said that even if ur not on staff most ball manufacturers (except ebonite) will pay you incentives if you use their stuff.....

his wife is even really good....i think on thurs nights right now shes avg like 220......growing up we used to go to the same coach and it sucked going to practice and getting spanked by a girl on a constant basis...lol i was 16 avg 190 she was like 19 and avg 210 lol one of the few girls that can compete with the men.

sitting here debating all day whether i want the total nv or black widow pearl.....

i thought you get incentives if you get on tv, anyways if its from his mouth then i'll go with it..lol....i have the total nv, a friend of mine has a bwp, both balls are hook monsters, but i love my nvs....

i bowl. I used to bowl for scholarships when i was bowling youth tournaments around illinois. I bowl in two leagues currently and actually just quit my previous job which was at a local bowling alley, i worked there for a year as the main mechanic during the night. I average 217 in my league on mondays and 211 on my league on thursdays...thursday is not a fresh shot, no time to oil between leagues, although i still roll well. I bowl with visionary products but also have a storm jolt ball, ive been wanting to try out the jolt particle...

i have a couple storm balls.....last two are from way back, trauma er and la nina.....i have had most success with ebonite and hammer though and now that they are the same company i stick with hammer....big blue pearl, purple and cherry vibe, black widow pearl.....thinking about adding a no mercy beatn but im left handed and already hook most of the lane...cant imagine if i tried that no mercy.....

and avg 213 and 217 at the moment.... and have been missing alot of spares lol my plastic ball broke at the beginning of the season and havent replaced it yet....

you know whats funny the 7 pin (im left handed so thats mine) i make in my sleep...not a problem.....but when i hook at alot of spares i tend to chop alot.....for like 5 years i had my storm aba basketball for my spare ball.....in almost broke in half... thus i havent had a spare ball in 2 months lol

i cant shot spares with plastic balls...my game involves hooking the ball whether its for a strike or for a spare. My 10 game revolves around almost missing the 10 pin because i hook it but i pick it up the majority of the time although it looks like it wont.
