i said i didnt have dimming heh. okay i take that back, cranked with a car off i had dimming, but i dont do that...In a word no that isnt enough electricity. When your lights are dimming it means the amp is seeing low voltage which in turn puts a real strain on the power supply.
Why bother when PayPal can pull funds directly out of whatever account is linked to it when making a PayPal purchase as opposed to waiting 2-4 days for those same funds to transfer out of your bank into the PayPal account?Wow, I was just about to transfer money to Paypal to buy one of these! I'm really glade I found all these recent threads about them crapping out on people. I ran my BX2005D for almost 2 years at 2ohms with zero problems, so I don't really think it's Hifonics in general. I think it might be something with the Goliath. Now I'm pissed, I don't think your gonna find anything else brand new that puts out 5K for around $800. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

It's that people just dont have the voltage needed for these amps. They're power hogs and they need a large electrical system to support them.I don't see why soo many people are having problems with Hifonics.
