Another 1500wrms question? Which pair of subs? Sundown? CAB? Or Soundqubed?

So I've completely decided on a pair of 12s. It's come down to the sundown SA12, CAB 12 Ultra, or the Soundqubed HDS3.1 12. All look like amazing subwoofers. I'm mainly leaning towards the hds3 because of motor force but the mms is a whopping 364g. Between all of the 3 which would you guys prefer to have in a ported box tuned around 33hz for the best sound quality? A little help here? I can't decide between all these beast!

I've seen the SA lineup locally and they're good performers. CAB seems really solid as well. I'm not impressed with HDS line, they seem to skimp too much on build quality for the low price, SQ's higher lines are great bang:buck ratio but I wouldn't touch the HDS.

Ive ran the sundown SAs and hds3s. If I had to buy again I'd go with the hds3s. Had 3k on the pair and they pounded pretty good.

Ultra. Not a fan of the hds3 line, and the ultra is just a lil better than the SA. 1500wrms will do better on 2.5" coils rather than 3" coils that arent particularly efficient

yeah hard to beat the ultra. sub that big with bl 20.25 and mms of 151, it should move pretty easy (my pioneer mms is 257 i was shocked)

Thanks for all the input. With the hdc3 I'm not impressed with their basket design at all. Still looks like a decent woofer. And I do like how the mms on the ultra is a lot lighter than the other two and it's only 5bl from the SA 12 dual 4ohm. It also seems like not too many people run the CAB ultra subs and I wouldnt mind having a red CAB sticker on my car. Sundown sticker might just bring a little too much attention.

kr says it's the best 2.5" coil sub u can buy, he's had a few subs lol even sq.. also with lower mms doesn't need as big of a motor.. if u didn't know the ultra used to be a sundown sub., they bought the design.. someone said u can take sa subs out of box put cabs in gain 1 db same box and amp..

I have to give it skar tho. I had two vd12s running at 1500rms, they would only take 1000rms and 1600 Max. So I was basically maxing them out constantly. But they survived like that one 1ohm for at least 6 months, maybe longer, they were also in a **** enclosure. And I usually drive at least an hour one way and back everyday for work... So I give them a thumbs up

gcons are swaeome, made by fi in vegas.. someone here buys 1 every week, cab may have more output just cause i hears gcon is little more of a sq sub than spl.. ask my63bug he has 2 gcons in a 63 bug lol..
