I got me and the wife a pair of 3gs' a year ago for $100...can't complain. It does everything I need, which is basic internet and checking my godaddy email.

True, but lets face facts here about Sprints network. It ***** at the moment (sprint user Evo3d) and as mentioned the "wimax 4g" is just pathetic. They are trying to improve things so I give them credit for that. To the OP go to the store and play around with an android for a while and see how easy/difficult it is for you to opertate, if you are into computers some what I would get a an Android phone so you can root it and flash different roms to it. Another valid point with Android is the latest OS, yes 4.x.x is out and its taking a while to reach each provider because they control when the phone gets the update and each phone is different, HTC has the Sense OS, Motorola has Touchwiz OS (garbage) etc. etc.

My first smart phone was the Evo 3g and I loved it, now when the rumors about the 4s release (supposed i5) were flying all over and stated that it would have a bigger screen comparable to the Evo, I was ready to jump ship. The 4s is very smooth and fluid, it does what its suppose to do and works fine out of the box. Granted I have seen iphones lock up on people as well as Android. The tiny screen is the only reason I would not take an iphone at the moment.

noone mentioned jailbreak, I can do anything I want tony iPhone including anything u can with the android..

drag one fiver up from the bottom screen in ANY APP and it loads face book.

hold the volume up button and change the song while. I type this..

I've Reyes all the phones and my 4 is just as fast as the dual core processors..

iPhone is faster because the software is much more stable..

when u get a virus on your "open source" os get a iPhone..

my iPhone is 2 years old and it's still as fast as the S2 and new htc..

I can change the boot screen, I can double tap the clock at locks teen to unlock it, shake to pull up my settings, hold the status bars down to access my messages and never have leave a program..

if you are in an LTE area the Note will blow you away with speed.

If you like to keep things basic then iOS is for you

if you like to mess with everything and tweak then Android is the way to go

A previous post said "why would I want anything other than the stock music player" eww how can you say that on a car audio website

Power amp on adroid has a really nice EQ and play pretty much every music file. Good luck doing that with an iphone.

I have had every iphone and I just couldnt do it after it was the EXACT product same as the years before.

They didnt even have MMS untill iOS 3.0

It was actually the first smart phone that I have ever had. I've never been one to really need one and spend 200-400 on the newest, hottest shit on the market...just a waste of money IMO. I just wait til I have an upgrade and get something for hella cheap that does more than I need it to. Until my RAM Designs emails started getting out of control, I never had a need or want for anything other than phone and text,

New Razr owns all, big NICE screen, but still thin and light, battery lasts all day (for me). Note is too big, iphone is too small. Oh, and Verizon LTE is amazing too.

ram I said the same but once I work outta town and chase had bill pay and quick deposit I quickly put it to use..

where tells me where the cheapest gas is things to do coupons, the list goes on..

this phone saves me time and makes me money.. that I like..
