An idea very serious please help

Alright guy's here's what im gonna do . I was gonna plan on getting my system done by april but cop's around here by me are pricks & also cause where i work ya know just a bad area. So what i want to do is this. I figured get all my stuff set up the amp gains and headunit so there right sound good hitn low and nicely. then take everything out but the 1/0awg wire , distro , Hu & battery's. That way so when the db drag by me comes up i will then put everything back in Two runs of wires to both amp's and subs/box. i was gonna wire up a rocker switch but im still taking a chance also of someone lifting my car 4 what i have or just 4 the system when im in work cause i work the late shift. please lmk guy's i been trying to think on this and just been getting so stressed etc... parents trying to help etc....Please help//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. do you guy's think this would work?

It sounds like a good idea but remember to give yourself a bit of time before the comp to really adjust everything back so your ready for it. For example, I wouldn't put all your equipment back in an hour before a comp, unless you can completely tune it in less than an hour.

Yeah man i was thinkn like get up early in day and put everything in & then around noon or so or however long b4 comp really fine tune everything. My question is guy's do you think that would work only thing is im not sure how i would put in the component set fast. any ideas of that?

How visible are your components? You might be able to get away with leving them in and just being overly careful about turning it down.

yeah pretty much ultimate. component set not in yet as of right now everything stock still have to save up for things to get & trade. but yeah i was thinkn ultimate just wire up the 1/0 back to distro and hu and all batteries wired up . and just when the comp is happening put back the two runs of 4awg to each amp have amps already tuned so wont have to adjust and put in box/subs.

that sounds stupid, why dont you just turn down the gains on your sub or something.

don't got the cash for insurance man , well not that kind of insurance at least. yeah man i was thinkn put a rocker switch in man but still ya know taking chance of ride getn jacked in area that im in. factory im at area isn't the best.
