An idea very serious please help

Personally seems dumb. The question"why even have a system?" comes to mind. Jus tint the hell outta the truck an dont be a dumbass with the sound. I work in the bad parts of Fresno an I still have a system, jus gotta play it smart.

Yeah man i play it smart . im not like some stupid fcks around me bump in the ghetto or late at night. yeah plan on blackn out back windows and rear window any extra protection could do since it's suv then? i was gonna bolt box down to floor and for amps bolt em to front of box 2 hard to get and put bolts on inside of box have amps bolted to box & for subs screws gonna use all diffrent screw heads allen , flat & phillips.

yeah man i think im gonna do that hardest thing gonna be though boltn box down cause of gas tank. and as far as amps should be easy just put bolts on inside of box and unless there Mj height haha there not getn bolts out even if they got subs out they'd have to like climb into my box to even get to the nuts. any other security options i would appericate.

iirc you have an explorer. IDK if its in yurs, but mine has 4 tie down hooks in the back. Ive thought about making an opening in the bottom of the enclosure where theyd be an then somehow strapping/bolting it down. Havent looked into it, jus a thought.

Tint, alarm, and bolt everything down. keep your volume low in bad areas of town, when you are close to home, and close to work.

Get some security screws that require a type of screwdriver that is hard to find. Parts Express has them IIRC, and you can sometimes get them at home depot/lowes.

In an extreme situation like that, my best advice is own a vehicle that doesn't 'look' like it has a system, no low riders on lo-pro's, 18's or 20's. That means factory wheels, paint, hell even put a my kids an honor student sticker on the thing. Think rusty Ford Tempo. Then never, ever, play it loud around your area.

Otherwise I do not know what magical answer you expect us to come up with. You know, basically, what it takes to install, and then uninstall an entire system.

yeah man i know . thanks for all help's guy's . what were u meaning security screws mapolley07?. and audiohollic i don't have none of that rollin on stock rims stock paintjob not lowered or nothing at all like that right now it's all completeley stock.

security screws have a different head on them that requires a special screwdriver.

there are several different kinds of them, and you have to buy a special drill bit or screwdriver to put them in and take them out. Most thieves would have flathead and phillips. a few might carry allen wrenches, but none of them would have the right screwdriver to take those screws out
