Amp Wiring kit too thick

I would just trim off a few strands of wire at the amp. Current capacity is effected by both diameter and length. Between the two you'd hardly be effecting it at all.

It should be perfectly fine too, just cut it nice and cleanly. You don't want any loose strands hanging out of the terminal that could possibly short out.

And 6ga is plenty for 550 watts, especially with a class D amp.

I have a jeep wrangler 2010 4 door.. So 2 of my speakers are in the dash upfront. And the other 2 are in the bar in the middle of the car

For clarity, why not example 2 ? Example 2 is 2 ohm...my speakers are 4 ohm and amp uses less RMS wattage with the bridged 4 ohm full range...
