What terminals for Northstar NSB batteries?

What terminals are you guys using with these? I have three NSB125s I need to hook together. The terminals are smaller than 5/16" I also have a solid copper bar I can use for power distribution but what is the best way to do that?

Their datasheet says they are M6 threaded inputs.

Why not just ring terminals with a M6 bolt and washer?

I tried it with washers and 5/16" rings on a power inverter. It must have had a bad connection doing this because the negative post got really hot. I am worried about this happening in my car.

The top of that battery connection should be solid metal that the ring terminal will contact directly. The washer should be between the ring terminal and the bolt head. As long as you have it assmebled that way, you should have no issues. Just make sure all the contacting surfaces are clean before assembly.

that solid metal part is tiny too. I am not comfortable using ring terminals that arent the right size when ther is little room for error before something bad may happen. m6

Go to Lowes and buy a piece of Aluminum buss bar? Cut it into pieces, drill holes, insert bolts and nuts?
