one last question...im looking to get the KOL-AK4 and it says for a two channel amp but will it work for a mono block amp? sorry for the noob question

a mono block cant be a 2 channel. mono = 1. mono channel = mono block.

whats were class d, a, b..comes into play

if your talking about the power wire from the battery to the amp then yes that's fine...

i think the other guy thought you meant you were gunna run 4 gauge from the amp to your subs....

Do you know what you're talking about? Yes the amp is mono. However it will take a stereo input and internally combine it to mono, so the 2-channel amp kit will work just fine.

And amp Class has nothing to do with whether or not it's stereo or mono.
