No, set the high pass to 80-100 so you don't send 80-100hz and lower to the crossover which will then send that to your mid. Your crossover will split the 80-100hz and up between your mid and tweet. You can set this at your head unit if it supports it or at your amp.

 
depends on what the amp does per channel and how much the speakers are rated for.

if ur speakers are rated 50 watts rms, and ur amp does 60-75 rms, set it to all.

if speakers are rated for 40 watts rms and ur amp does 100 rms per channel, u can set it around 75hz filter to be safe
